Since 2010, we have worked in the wholesale, distribution and storage of petroleum products. Based in Dekani, we serve businesses in Slovenia and the European Union.

Send your company details

Share your buyer and fuel requirements: company name and address, tax and excise numbers, delivery location, quantity and contact details.

We verify the information

We check the details provided. If anything is missing or incorrect, we ask you to complete or correct it. Once confirmed, we proceed.

03

We prepare the contract

We prepare the contract and send it to you for review and signature.

04

Place your order

Submit your order at least 24 hours before the planned loading time.

05

Receive a pro forma invoice

After receiving your order, we send a pro forma invoice for the agreed delivery.

06

Send the carrier details

Before loading, we need the transport company name, address and VAT number, the driver’s name, and the truck registration number.

07

We prepare the documents

We prepare the CMR, delivery note, electronic excise document (EAD) and weighbridge ticket for the delivery.

08

Loading starts after payment

Once the funds have arrived, we can begin loading.

Original 2022 E-Volnik project notice with co-financing organizations’ logos

Website development and e-business for Volnik d.o.o.

From February to August 2022, the project covered electronic exchange between partners, websites for foreign markets, online stores, a product and sales video, and skills development through training.

The E-Volnik project aimed to establish e-business, strengthen competitiveness in foreign markets and increase market share.

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
